Voice NOC Technician
Location: Longmont, CO (No Relocation is Provided)
Salary: $31.00 – $31.25 / hr. + 11% shift differential ($34.41/hr.)
*shift flexibility is desired since this is a 24/7 call center.
Job Summary:
This role provides level 2 NOC support to our 9-1-1 Voice Network.
Works on various voice networks to provide support and resolutions to customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, telephony, Network Operations Center or a similar work environment required
- Experience with troubleshooting trunk groups (such as SIP, ISUP, PRI, CAS, etc.) and performing call traces
- Understanding of SIP signaling protocols, ladders and error messages
- General understanding of the OSI model
- Ability to navigate Cisco CLI, BGP, and routing decisions preferred
- SONUS troubleshooting experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
