Brock & Sons Inc. is a growing, full turn-key telecommunications contractor that specializes in fiber optic and coaxial cable construction. We are looking to add professional minded team members to our interior wiring department. Candidates who are detail oriented and utilize communication skills to achieve a common goal will be successful in this position.
Responsibilities include:
-Bringing external fiber or coax cable into customer locations and designing a wiring route to customers final service location using best practice methods.
-Fiber optic splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of quality assurance.
-Maintaining inventory of materials, equipment, and tools.
-Operation of work vehicles and scissor/boom lifts with the ability to pull equipment trailers.
Time and Location:
– Monday – Friday
– Work is local to Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton.
– Start and end location is in the Fairfield area.
– Full time position with overtime available.
– Work is year-round, not seasonal.
– Local work with no out of state travel.

Requirements:
-Able to perform physically demanding tasks including working from ladders and lifting up to 50lbs.
– Experience with telecommunications and/or fiber splicing is required.
– At least 1 year of fiber splicing is required. Experience with Spectrum fiber is preferred
– Valid driver license with no serious violations.
All tools are provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
