Our client in the Lancaster area is looking to add a Telecom Manager to their growing team. This role offers a competitive salary with up to 10% bonus profit sharing, 401k with match and 3 weeks of PTO to start. This is a remote position, but would require travel to the Lancaster area 1-2 times per year.
In this role you would be overseeing the telecom team of 4, providing training on the company’s products, create policies and work with other internal teams. This role is responsible for managing all telephony & conferencing for over 200 locations with disparate systems- this includes maintaining the existing telecom systems, handling outages, working with local vendors, and helping to migrate the systems to a company-wide standard in the future.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 4 year degree in IT
- At least 5 years of enterprise-level telecom and VOIP experience, including Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, etc.
- Working knowledge on conferencing solutions such as MS Teams
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts, ITIL certifications are a plus
- Previous leadership experience is a huge plus, but not required
