The Role
Manages and directs the work of a project management team. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and program deliverable. Leads the most complex projects and guides the work of subordinates in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets and executive direction. Extensive knowledge of department processes and has ability to report upward status to executives.
The Main Responsibilities
- Manage Wholesale PMO for IT programs
- UR’s, CR’s, Allotments, Fast Tracks, Industry Standards, Integrations, Technical programs
- Manage Wholesale intake process and program prioritization
- Budget management for programs
- Executive Status & Reporting
- Oversee 3rd Party Vendor Management for wholesale
- UpTop, Appian relationships
- Invoicing, payments
- Level 3 Integration Representative for Wholesale Systems
- Attend BPSI offsite meetings
- SFDC for Wholesale
- Manage Business System ownership for wholesale
- Product Pricer, Control Center, CCDB, FT3, Einstein, CAIMS, Contractor Connect
- Manage team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Provide support, ongoing direction, guidance and lead to success
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Must have Program/Project Management Experience, Wholesale experience, Wholesale systems experience, bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
- Must have strong leadership and vision skills
- Technical Skills and Experience: must have Wholesale, systems and IT experience, program and project management experience, management experience, telecom experience, planning and strategy skills, communications skills
