The Role:

As part of the fast growing Telecoms development team your remit will be to focus on getting into the detail of what customers need, and using your technical understanding, along with our current product offering, to develop bespoke solutions that meet their needs perfectly.

You will be a subject matter expert, you will work closely with our sales teams to present how Agilico solutions can Make Work Easy for our both existing and prospective customers. You will be able to confidently present how our product offering can meet the needs of our varied customer base, and lead on the development of these solutions. Essentially you will be able to identify the requirements of the customer and translate these through to a valid solution.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To quickly understand the technical requirements of our Telco customers, and influence the team to develop and deliver solutions which meet the needs of our customers
• Build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Understand fully our product offering, and how we can harness this to cater for customer needs
• Effectively manage high-level projects from scoping, through to design, development and implementation
• To represent the business in a professional manner at all times
• Confidently develop and deliver customer demonstrations, trials that seize on opportunities
• Ensure effective project handover to the delivery team with necessary documentation, support and sign off
• To attend training when required
• To adhere and promote the company values

Experience & Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience – ideally within the telecoms sector would be advantageous
• Proven track record in a customer facing role, confident in presenting technical solutions and hosting conference calls
• Experience of working with wide area networking and carrier technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP Trunking
• Understanding of deployment models such as On-Premise, Hosted, Cloud and Hybrid

• Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail
• Confident in taking full ownership and accountability for high-level projects
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities with a results orientated mindset
