Why This Job Matters
Sales tools manages critical systems to the commercial team at Enterprise, adapting and supporting them in line with a constantly changing business. To help manage this change we’ve adopted a scrum approach aligned to the different systems we develop on. The role of scrum master is to help Product Owners with running sprints, enforce process, evangelise agile and be a core owner of the agile culture in the team.
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring an agile culture is implemented and actively lived within the sprint teams.
  • Look for ways to optimise the sprints.
  • Manage daily standups with Product Owners and be the first port of call for blockers.
  • Be an Agile coach for the team.
  • Aid in the measuring of sprint performance and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Help align sprint teams to common stage gates (to identify strategic blockers).
  • Keep teams focused on the goals within the sprint
