Installations Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking for experienced and highly organised Installations Coordinators to organise all installation activity and manage the daily installation issues and escalations. As an Installations Coordinator you will be the point of reference for our 3rd party installation partner and internal field-based installation managers, as well as directing and coordinating activity to ensure the highest possible success rate for customer installations. As an Installations Coordinator you will be able to juggle several tasks alongside a busy workload and demonstrate a self-starter attitude.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership:

  • Ensure all job schedules are accurate and maintain a clear view on resourcing
  • Responsible for management of in-day installation issues and changes to planned activity
  • Act as a central point of contact for field-based installation managers
  • Co-ordination of installation survey requests and responses
  • Manage pipeline of required remedial action to ensure installations can go ahead successfully
  • Drive escalation to internal teams where required to ensure installation success rate remains high
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly management reporting on installations
  • Proactively raise issues and risks with the ability to identify and drive through improvements in working practice
  • Manage escalations, ensuring issues have clear description of issues and attempted resolution
  • Participate in operational calls, recording, tracking and closing actions.

  • Experience of managing 3rd party supplier performance
  • Experience of identifying and implementing best practice across multiple teams
  • Methodical and logical approach, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style where needed
  • Self-drive initiative
  • Team player and facilitation
  • Building relationships
  • Comfortable to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Effective communicator with a proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to use initiative and excellent attention to detail
  • Competent or advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, positive and consistent in manner and approach
  • Hold the Right to work in the UK.
