We are looking for the right individual to take on a highly satisfying leadership role that will help drive operational excellence and the sourcing and retention of top-tier technology talent for a large scale software delivery group.
As a Senior Manager of Enablement Strategy, you will leverage your exceptional leadership, financial management and stakeholdering capabilities to drive operational excellence across our team. Reporting to the Director of Technology & Business Strategy – Future Friendly Technology Services, you will help define and lead critical planning and operational governance processes, and strategic employee enablement programs, improving our technical operations and realizing a best in class team culture.

What you will do
- Define, justify, plan and manage our employee recruiting, and engagement program.
- Lead the strategic planning and management of an ~$40M/annum departmental budget, in close partnership with our finance group.
- Manage crucial group leadership team governance processes.
- Ideate and pitch innovative ideas to increase technology employee effectiveness, lower operational costs and drive more frictionless ways of working.
What you bring
- Operational Governance: experience creating and managing operational governance frameworks and processes within a large scale technology or business unit.
- Employee recruitment and engagement strategy: proven experience identifying and implementing industry leading recruitment and engagement strategies for technology teams.
- Program inception & management: proven track record of ideating and driving complex >$1M initiatives
- Financials: strong business and financial acumen with experience forecasting and managing multi-million dollar technology budgets.
- Workshopping & storytelling: proven experience working with senior stakeholders across technology and business domains to create compelling recommendations to executives.
- Great Collaborator: able to forge strong partnerships throughout the organization and influence executives and teams without direct authority.
- Mentor: experience leading and mentoring junior employees.
- Insatiable appetite for research and networking to glean new approaches and solutions.
- Ability to work independently at a senior level to manage deliverables in an environment with high levels of ambiguity.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or equivalent education and experience.
