Job Description
This position will support assistance with field (remote locations) telco billing analysis and telco service additions/cancellations as well as fact/data gathering associated with the same.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Forensic analysis of telecom invoices inclusive of tracking, reviewing, auditing, optimizing, modifying and submitting new order or disconnect requests
  • Ability to manage heavy volumes and often complex telecom invoices
  • Confidence in delivering in-person and web-meetings; including all levels within a program office
  • Provide regular feedback on savings opportunities and best practices in Telecom Management
  • Updating and maintaining the circuit status and data within a CMDB
  • Management of circuit orders and disconnects as needed, including providing options for the best solution for the desired service being requested
  • Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reporting to various levels of Simon audiences

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 4 years’ similar experience with a basic knowledge of telecommunications services and networks (voice, data, mobile, unified communications)
  • Experience navigating through carrier portals (wireline/wireless)
  • Business analysis skills, including developing business requirements, product proposals and business and technical workflows
  • Project coordination/facilitation, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
  • Microsoft Office competency and accelerated Excel competency to include pivot tables and complicated formulas
  • Experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to leverage automation for efficiency and added customer benefit
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to capture detailed meeting minutes effectively, and assist in developing presentations/materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indianapolis, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Telecommunication: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
