Now we are

looking for an active and highly motivated experienced **Technical account manager

  • for our main flagship product – AI-Voicebot.

Tasks

  • Lead the projects, attracted by the

business development managers, from the technical side

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to

the customers together with business development managers.

  • Gather the requirements to the product

from the customer’s decision makers

  • Cooperate with the conversational

designers, product owners and development teams for product implementation

  • Provide product support to customers

before and after-sales.

Requirements

  • Native German.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Experience as an

account manager / presales or a similar role for at least 2 years in the field IT or

telecommunications;

  • Open-minded personality, oriented on

business goals.

  • Good critical thinking and

problem-solving skills.

  • Solid technical background
