Summary/Objective
Our telecommunications company is looking for a Tower Technician to join our field service team. In this role, you will install and repair cables as well as connectors. You will also work on tower-top equipment, including bracing, masts, and antennas. Since you often perform tasks at significant heights, you must ensure safe rigging, hoisting, and landing. This requires fall protection training. We are willing to train applicants who are willing to obtain the necessary certifications shortly after hire.
Essential Functions

- Install, upgrade, and repair cables and connectors
- Install, upgrade, and repair tower-top equipment, including bracing, masts, cable supports, and antennas
- Assist with system testing
- Ensure safe rigging, hoisting, landing, and fastening
- Complete job logs and field reports
- Keep track of tool inventory
Must have valid driver’s license

Pay: $36,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
