Your Mission

ubitricity is leading the public charging market in UK and now also entering and defining the German market. Hereby ubitricity is supporting cities as a charging infrastructure specialist but also acting in co-operation with the existing ecosystem of local stakeholders, e.g. public administrations, grid operators, installation partners.

For our joined success, your job is to organize and manage a professional and smooth roll out and establish a strong relationship to these local stakeholders. Technologically savvy and highly organized, you will be responsible for the detail behind the budgets, scope, planning, and the on-time delivery of installation and commissioning and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, control and document the roll-out of charging infrastructure in Smart City projects for our unique Lamppost charging solution but also regular AC and DC chargers
• Coordinate all partners to ensure in-time delivery of installation activities and ongoing services, from in-time hardware delivery and installations to ongoing maintenance and hardware related services
• Provide Project based internal and external reporting of progress, milestones and budget
• Work closely together with our internal teams, especially Sales and Operations, to ensure efficient teamwork, improve the product and processes to manage standard and non-standard-requirements from local B2G, B2B customers and stakeholders
• Engage with and onboard new installation partners, support (recurring) training and certification for technicians of our local installation partners
• Take responsibility for well managed projects in time and build positive and strong relations with local stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards as well as company policies and procedures are always adhered to. Provide input and take measures to continuously improve company standards and procedures.

Your profile

• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in project management
• Ideally experienced in hardware bundled services (mobile telecoms, digital consumer products, smart-home products and platforms etc.) or an understanding of the Electric Vehicle market and experience in E-Mobility solutions
• Experienced in working with local authorities and public administrations is a plus
• Strong Communication skills in English and German, verbal and written
• Ability to build trusted relationships
• Confident and motivating yourself and others
• Reliable, autonomous, and well-structured way of working based on defined goals and milestones
• Make sound business decisions
• Be proactive in all areas
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a very dynamic environment
