Field Services Technician

We are a locally owned ISP providing broadband alternatives to conventional telecom and cable company service in suburban & rural under served markets along the front-range and into the mountain towns. We work with residential as well as small and medium sized businesses.

As a technician you will be expected to travel and complete work within our entire coverage area, which at present is generally within 100 miles of Denver. We are seeking someone with basic mechanical and/or electrical skills along with a willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of the telecommunications field. You must be goal oriented, creative, ethical, and have the ability to multitask.

After initial training period the work schedule will be full-time likely Wednesday through Sunday or potentially Thursday through Monday 8:30am – 5:30pm (some flexibility with schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with customers and troubleshooting network issues
• Maintenance of wireless and networking equipment on towers and buildings
• Installation of cabling, wire, connectors, grounding and conduit
• Ability to work freely and safely at small to medium heights

Applicant must:

• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record along with reliable transportation to get to the office in Morrison, CO.
• Have the ability to work weekends, nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel along the front range if necessary
• Have a strong work ethic
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Have basic computer skills
• Work well with others and be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
