High Power Technical Services is accepting applications for a Field Service Manager.

HTPS Field Service Managers’ duties include but are not limited to:

  • providing direct supervision to all HPTS technicians assigned to their team
  • ensuring all company policies and procedures relating to field operations are followed.
  • conducting onsite quality and safety evaluations as directed
  • assisting in the training and retention of technicians
  • providing on-site and off-site technical support to field technicians
  • meeting company expectations for production, quality of work, and schedule adherence.

This is a working position. FSM’s are expected to assist in completing scheduled work orders when required, including assuming responsibility for assigned routes in the absence of a qualified tech replacement.

A well-qualified candidate for this position will possess:

  • previous telecommunication or other relevant industry experience
  • demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members in accomplishing assigned goals.
  • administrative capabilities. The candidate will be able to manage the administrative duties of the position efficiently.
  • strong professional communication skills. The candidate will be able to communicate information and concepts effectively using a variety of business tools and technology, including email, text messages, and through active participation in group meetings, conference calls, or video conferencing platforms.

Minimum qualifications for the position:

  • must be 21 years or older
  • clean driving record
  • valid driver’s license
  • weekend/holiday availability
  • complete a comprehensive background screening, including identity verification, driving record review, criminal record review, and pre-employment drug screen.

HPTS Field Service Managers are eligible for:

  • salary compensation with a production-driven bonus structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 – $1,200.00 per week
