We are seeking a Marketing / Communications Manager to manage and perform all aspects of external marketing and internal communications to support the Company’s culture and organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in strategy for project pursuits including client research, messaging, and design.
- Manage the project qualification and proposal process
- Coordinate collection of project-specific information, developing proposal content and other requirements to meet RFP guidelines
- Integrate technical responses to ensure consistent voice and message
- Develop presentation materials for formal presentations
- Develop and manage marketing documents including project lists, resumes and market specific documents.
- Coordinate completed project and employee photography and ensure it remains current.
- Create and maintain proposal graphics in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint.
- Coordinate events (tradeshows, conferences, client appreciate events); design and plan internal events, meetings, and special initiatives aimed to connect, celebrate, and inspire employees.
- Create and manage company’s social media presence ensuring content is fresh and supports company’s strategic direction.
- Create branding and materials for large initiatives.
- Build effective relationships within and across the team; advise teams and leaders on communication strategies.
- Coordinate internal communication, marketing, and employee engagement campaigns in collaboration with key partners.
- Lead Company intranet efforts as the primary employee communication platform, including content creation, governance, and maintenance.
- Identify changes or enhancements needed to improve employee experience and support departments as needed.
- Monitor site analytics and provide periodic performance feedback to Executive Team.
- Design, build, and maintain content across multiple intranet pages ensuring messaging is consistent, current and supports Company’s vision and message.
- Lead projects to drive improvements; recommend and implement new tools and resources according to the direction of the Company.
- Partner with IT to manage site administration, supporting content owners and sit administrators with resources as appropriate.
- Partner with Human Resources to promote Company through recruiting events, college presence, industry events, company merchandise, and social media to attract and retain top talent.
- Understand and translate PayneCrest Electric’s style into a clear, confident, and human voice.
- Develop tools and processes to support operational excellence of communications, such as maintaining accurate distribution lists.
- Advise Company leadership of new opportunities and technology to increase communication and engagement, and efficiencies across all locations.

- Reports to the Executive Team
- Full-time, on-site at PayneCrest Electric corporate office in Olivette, Missouri

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with specialization in Communications or Marketing (preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant Marketing/Communications experience.
- Extensive knowledge Microsoft SharePoint, design, video, Adobe suite and other creative products.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills. Employ strong project management skills and juggle multiple tasks and projects. Communicate project goals and objectives as well a project status.
- High attention to detail.
- Superior planning, scheduling, negotiating, proofreading, and organizational skills.
