CNE Telecommunications Analyst- Warwick, RI

Location : Warwick, RI (02886)

Project Duration : Contract 3+ Months

Job Description:

· Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design, planning, installation, and maintenance.

· Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.

· Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems

· Works to resolve telecommunications circuit issues, including working with our vendors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area

· Three to five years of experience supporting telecommunications hardware and software or equivalent combination of education and experience
