Job Description
- Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design, planning, installation, and maintenance.
- Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.
- Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems
- Works to resolve telecommunications circuit issues, including working with our vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
- Three to five years of experience supporting telecommunications hardware and software, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
