Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist III is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for all of Techdash Telecom full-time requisitions approved for external hires in the telecommunications industry, specific to Cell Site Construction and Maintenance.

The TA Specialist III is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources.

Essential Function:

  • Develops and administers staffing and recruiting programs.
  • Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required for opening requisitions.
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
  • Develop and maintain the candidate evaluation and interview process.
  • Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers and may conduct employment background checks.
  • Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
  • May develop, support and maintain college recruiting.
  • May also assist with the immigration process and administration and work with our external immigration attorneys.
  • Create an external talent pipeline based on TechdashTelecom’s core competencies
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads for current and future positions
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit
  • Recruit candidates utilizing the internet, cold-calling and referrals
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position
  • Initiate and develop relationships with hiring managers
  • Qualify new requisitions and requisition changes with management
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
  • Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing of candidates
  • Notify manager of acceptance/declination of offer
  • Partner with Internal recruiter for offer processing and closure


    Recommended Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience Recruiting in the Telecommunication’s Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience Direct Hire Technical Recruiting experience

  • Cell Site Construction Recruitment Required
  • Master’s Degree with limited experience


    Recommended Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and recruit for multiple software applications, programming languages and other technical requirements; in-depth knowledge of local market compensation; knowledge of employment law.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively verbally and in writing
  • Computer Skills
