Job Location: Philadelphia

Network Engineer Urgent Requirement

• Network Engineer-Skype Voice Consultant.
• Six months to a year, possibly longer assignment.
• It is also hybrid.
• Preferably local candidate and who can Relocate & work on Hybrid Model

· Maintain a Microsoft Skype for Business environment

· Maintain and manage Audiocodes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways

· Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits

· Maintain Fax servers

· Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.

· 6+ years experience in IT

· Required

· Genesys Pureconnect on prem and Cloud

· Microsoft Teams O365 Administration

· Experience with migrations from Skype to Teams

· TDM and VoIP technologies

· telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP, E-fax, PRI, T1 and analog)

· Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice

· Enterprise Voice Call Routing

· Skype for Business Conferencing

· Skype Edge servers and Federation

· E911

· SBC, SBA, gateways, and SIP trunks

· DID number management

· Skype Dial Plans

· Exchange and Skype Unified Messaging

· Response Groups and Auto Attendants

· troubleshooting voice related network and carrier issues

• Preferred

· Skype for Bus. with Polycom Real Presence, Polycom VVX phones and Device Management Solution.

· Plan and Configure Microsoft Teams Phone

· Plan and optimize network performance for Teams Phone

· Configure and deploy Direct Routing

· Configure, deploy, and manage Teams devices

· Monitor and Troubleshoot Teams Phone

· Cisco Routing and Switching

· Azure

· Office 365

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
