Position Summary:

The Telecommunications Provisioning Spcialist position covers a broad scope of essential job functions for Service Delivery department. The Telecommunications Provisioning Spcialist will execute daily tasks in areas of order fulfillment, customer services, circuit provisioning, escalations for all Network, Application, Compute, Security, Health Care, and Professional Services products. Customer services will encompass relationship management between customers, partners and vendors, circuit order submission, professional services fulfillments, equipment order submissions, equipment staging, order and delivery status reporting, out of process procurements, system data entry, and project task coordination. The Telecommunications Provisioning Spcialist will also handle provisioning que-management and reporting, backfilling other department resources as needed, quality assurance of Service Delivery processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Performs network/telecommunications circuit or equipment provisioning through the described provisioning process with various vendors
• Coordinates circuit provisioning and remote testing activities with engineers, vendors, business partners and customers
• Understanding of network telecommunications industry, technology and terminology and familiarity
• Inspects and extracts pertinent order details from, job aids, emails and memorandums, uses latest information to update orders and coordinate next action steps
• Exceptional communication and amazing people skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
• The ability and drive to deliver high quality results with a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated project management skill potential across a wide range of disciplines with an emphasis on customer service

Responsibility:

• Ability to provide full documentation of detailed notes and capturing/uploading communications within the ticketing system to track order status.
• Maintain strong customer service skills and professional rapport with carriers and vendors.
• Ensures standards of production, timeliness, customer satisfaction and quality are achieved
• Creating and presenting reports to project managers, department managers, and customer service.
• Eye for detail to confirm correct information to ensure request of delivery meets customers intentions.
• Proactive approach, always plan ahead and inform to prepare the customer for what is next.
• If you see something, say something. Always report to management for escalations to be in front of issues before they grow.
• Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
• Updating and maintaining high number of orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
