Associate PROJECT MANAGER

Seeking Project Manager with experience in the Telecommunications/Telecom industry. The Telecom Project Manager (towers, antennas, 5G, DAS, small cell, etc) will lead on customer deployments and serve as lead Project Manager on regional/non traditional deployments.

The Telecom Project Manager is responsible for:

• Managing customer deployment on multiple applicaitons and ensure projects are completed according to project scope and schedule.
• Manage and support all facets of an applicaiton from entry into the company system to construction complete and closeouts delivered including teh following services: structural analysis, site acquisition, A&E services, land use planning, zoning and permitting, lease management and construction management.
• Management and coordination of team members in obtaining and maintaining all requisite documents relating to projects including: modification, collocation and construction of towers (i.e. structural analysis, lease, title, applicable permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals or others as required)
• Forecasting Project management tool dates (initial forecast, updated forecast)
• Deal with design issues as they occur (limited lease entitlements, additional ground space needed, easements, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $49.25 per hour
