At Rogers, we make more possible, and pricing is at the heart of that. We are seeking a Pricing Manager with a curious mindset to develop innovative pricing solutions and bring them to life. Through our data driven insights, we wake up every day with one purpose in mind: To connect Canadians to a world of possibilities, and the memorable moments that matter most in their lives.

  • What you will be doing:

  • Articulate pricing offers by analysing internal and external data sources and emerging trends to create pricing response

  • To Implement new rate cards for Rogers, innovative pricings programs, stealth offers, channel specific toolkits for customer acquisition and higher win share

  • Uncover, analyze, and gain buy-in for new opportunities to grow customer market share

  • Work alongside a cross-functional team to support key strategic priorities for driving targeted acquisition, supporting squad and building regional marketing strength

  • Support team to deliver against targets, address customer opportunities, and respond to competitive moves

  • Proactively search for opportunities to improve our go-to-market processes and capabilities for Rogers acquisition

  • Support ad-hoc strategy and analyses, make informed recommendations, and present them to OPCO

  • Flexibility to adapt to business, and willingness to work in non-agile and agile environments

What you bring:

  • Strong business acumen – ability to identify and assess opportunities that deliver growth

  • Experience with data-driven analysis, synthesizing insights, and driving actionable recommendations

  • Ability to lead without authority and inspire confidence in a plan

  • Ability to defend a recommendation, negotiate trade-offs, build alignment, and accept feedback

  • Curiosity, desire to challenge the status quo, ask questions, and think creatively

  • Adapt to fast paced, and highly dynamic environment

  • Ability to communicate and present in clear and concise manner to executives and key decision makers

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and desire to win as a team

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance/accounting, marketing, product or pricing management, preferably with experience in Telecom
