Engineered Tower Solutions (ETS) is a full-service engineering company serving the wireless telecommunications industry. We climb cellphone towers to inspect them; we engineer towers so that they can support the network equipment they’re designed to carry; we build and maintain towers and supporting infrastructure around the country.

We are currently seeking a Tower Technician to join our Raleigh-based inspections team. A Tower Technician works in a two-person team performing structural and post-modification inspections of cellphone towers and other structures and then preparing inspection reports. Our most successful technicians have a strong sense of adventure, like working outside, often at high altitudes, while exposed to all weather conditions. and enjoy significant travel during the regular workweek.

Applicants must be physically fit with the ability to climb towers while observing the industry’s stringent safety protocols. You must also be able to perform physical labor, including digging, measuring, and lifting. We provide all equipment and extensive and personalized climber safety training at our facility in Raleigh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
