Experienced Telecom Tower Top Hand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Top Hands are eligible for a $4,000 retention bonus. Bonus will begin to be paid out after one week of employment and will continue to be paid out over six months. To receive this bonus you must be local, or have relocated to, one of our primary markets: Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Pheonix, AZ, or St. Louis, MO.

Experienced Telecom Tower Crew Lead/Foreman

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour

Tower Crew Leads/Foreman are eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus. Bonus will begin to be paid out after one week of employment and will continue to be paid out over six months. To receive this bonus you must be local, or have relocated to, one of our primary markets: Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Pheonix, AZ, or St. Louis, MO.

• Able to climb daily, and comfortable working at heights (200’+)
• Not opposed to working in the heat, cold, and other adverse weather
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs, every day

• Willing to travel as jobs require
• Willing to work long hours on short notice
• Able to drive company vehicles

…and have the following

• Considerable experience performing cellular work on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile towers
• Prior Tower Safety & Rescue certification (we always re-certify in-house)
• OSHA card

Valid driver’s license

Relocation Assistance

These positions may qualify for relocation assistance, if necessary. To qualify for relocation assistance, you must relocate to within 45 minutes’ commute of the local office location.
