Tech Installer for Commerical and Residential Customers
Part time, hourly entry-level position with full time opportunity
Job Description:
- Apprentice under a Senior installer for on the job training
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Troubleshoot issues with TV’s, security systems, surround sounds and other electronics
- Maintain Accurate Records Throughout the Install, Service and Train Process while adding install notes and multi-task between other systems, all accessible through a company provided smart phone
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in the telecommunications field is a plus but not required
- Must possess time management skills and meet deadlines
- Must be computer/smartphone savvy and be able to use specialized programs and databases
- Ability to learn new technologies as needed to support future systems
- Must have current unrestricted driver’s license
- Will be required to submit to a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
