About the Role:

As a Systems Management Analyst, you will be managing and deploying software, security patches and assisting in migrating our Corporate Systems Management from Altiris to MEM The Systems Management Analyst will also train existing team members and remotely support end use computers in our environment. Primary Responsibilities of the Associate Systems Management Analyst:

  • Systems management solutions (Altiris, NS/DS, SSCM/MECM)
  • Desktop software and patch distribution
  • Systems management engineering and development
  • Internal end user technology systems
  • Assisting with customer service-oriented roles

Required Qualifications of the Associate System Management Analyst:

  • Expert working with Altiris software deployments, remediation and workstation software support
  • Strong experience with EUTSD Custom Toolset; DADS, UPI,OPS Utility, Remediation
  • Experience monitoring, remediating, reporting deployment statuses from DSMTools Custom Toolset Reporting to meet internal MBO/SLAs
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience
