Position Details:
- Pay: $16.00 / Hour + an opportunity to earn commission
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST

The Role:

Our client strives to better serve and retain their customers in the SMB space. Responsibilities:
- Representing a large, regional telecom provider in an outbound retention sales role
- Selling voice and internet services to businesses that currently use another provide
- Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our new product can improve experience
- Create a strong, consultative relationship with current legacy customers
- Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria
Ideal Qualifications:
- All work experiences welcomed thanks to our award-winning training program
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
- 6 months of call center experience preferred
- 1-3 year of acquisition sales preferred, 0 needed
- Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
- Think quick and rebuttal objections
- Ability to analyze, interpret client needs, then immediate address or adapt to workflow
