We are driving digitization forward with the further development of our IP systems and are looking for you at our Munich location as a

IT Process Analyst (m/f/div)

to expand our team in the area of “process analysis and application support”.

Your Essential Tasks

• Analysis of IT-supported business processes in terms of data flow, IT components and source code to identify error situations and optimization opportunities.
• Creation and control / implementation of appropriate solution concepts.
• Coordination / control of measures to ensure and optimize the operating processes.
• Conception, creation and use of IT tools, e.g. for automated detection and elimination of error situations, for the collection and aggregation of runtime data or for the visualization of data constellations
• Collaboration in cross-team IT projects in advisory, executive and controlling functions.
• Perception of management tasks – in part cross-functional teams.

We Presuppose

• a Master’s degree or diploma (Univ.) completed university studies o in the field of computer science or o another computer science-related course of study in each case in conjunction with a two and a half years of relevant full-time work following graduation (for more options, see here).
• German citizenship or citizenship of another member state of the European Union (
• 7 para. 1 BBG) (for more options see here).
• very good knowledge of the official language German, which corresponds at least to the level C 1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Experience as a software developer, preferably in the environment of the Java programming language.
• Sound database knowledge, e.g. in the areas of SQL and performance.
• practical experience with scripting languages for the automation of operational processes
