Job Detail

We are looking for someone to join our client’s customer services team. You will be based at their offices in Richmond, Surrey but they are flexible and you can work from home when appropriate. The role is highly proactive and varied, so as well as handling customer support queries you will be dealing with sales enquiries, configuring customers units, dispatching units, testing units, managing projects with their customers, and liaising with their clients resellers.

Given how much investigative work there is, you will be very adept at fixing issues. You must be an excellent communicator who can pay attention to and comprehend the needs and difficulties of clients. When dealing with certain of our consumers who find it challenging to communicate, patience is a must. You will feel at ease with technology and possess strong Excel skills. Flexibility and the ability to multitask are required, and knowledge of supporting telecom products would be advantageous.
