Bilingual Sales Representative

Metro by T-mobile dealer DS Wireless Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated individuals who are willing to provide professional level customer care for future and current Metro by T-mobile customers. Sale representative responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding sales and performance goal of the company.
• Ability to build rapport with customers by utilizing interpersonal communication skills; appropriately recommend changes in products and services as well as providing the best recommendations for their wireless needs.
• Professionally handling all customer service/technical issues in a timely manner.
• Up-to-date with the current updates/mainstream of telecommunication networks and its technology.
• Contributing to the team with effort for success.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Bilingual required (English-Spanish)
• Willingness to strive in sales
