VoIP & IT Project Implementation Coordinator

The VoIP & IT Project Implementation Coordinator plans, schedules and executes technology projects on time and within budget.

This position is responsible for coordinating project activities and efforts of team members, third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The goal for this position is to ensure that each customer has a positive experience and a successful outcome.

Responsibilities include

  • Develop project schedules
  • Document and communicate project scope and goals to the technical team
  • Coordinate with clients and manage stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor and control project development from beginning to end
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and deliver progress reports
  • Update and maintain documentation
  • Supplement technical team with system configurations as needed
  • Provide regular reports and updated to the Project Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Technical — Ability to understand and discuss telecom features and services
  • Patient — Must be able to stay focused, efficient and caring in varying circumstances
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy setting
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with VoIP systems or service
  • Clean driving record

Scheduling

Full time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
