Job Description


Salary: Up to £25,000 DoE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 – 17:00/17:30
Location: Sheffield with Hybrid Working (2 days office based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use our ATS system to manage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Manage communication with hiring managers, candidates and any relevant third parties, including scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, making offers, and confirming start dates.
  • Establish and maintain good working internal relationships with hiring managers, external parties and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Be a brand representative by working with schools, colleges and external organisations.
  • Use social media to promote vacancies and headhunt candidates.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience in either an inhouse or agency Recruitment role.
  • Ability to think creatively and resourcefully to define new means of candidate attraction.
  • Capable in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
  • Well organised and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Positive and conscientious approach to work and willing to get involved at all levels to deliver results.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with volume Recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
