Job Description
- Create structures / processes that scale talent’s growth
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with community projects
- Harmonize and communicate feedback, issues and requirements
- Ensure HR processes are compliant in every relevant country
- Harmonize the company’s employment policies across countries
- Improve employees’ working experience journey
- Provide training to other departments about key aspects of employment
- Lead research efforts to answer specific employment questions
- Stay informed about the Blockchain employment market and practices
- Ensure gold-standard internal HR documentation
- Set up a strategy for the HR service and market dynamics
- Manage the local service providers
- Act as the company’s expert and key HR representative
The Successful Applicant
- Proven professional track record within the Blockchain industry – this is a must
- Previous working experience as a Head of HR
- Strong public speaking capability
- Extensive experience in organizational design, designing a company’s structures, performance frameworks, and cross-functional processes
- The ability to use data-driven techniques to measure success
- A track record of achieving metrics and deployment of successful expansion plans
- Process-orientation and strong project management skills
- Thought leadership experience in Web3 is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus
