A small team of 5 will be there for you to help train and manage. They will generate the business leads you want to work with and build a strong pipeline. The company has an excellent tried and tested process in place for generating a good stream of leads and you’ll obviously be able to self-generate leads too, using your preferred method.
Ideally you’ll be happy popping to the London office a couple of days each month and working from your calm and collected home (when the children aren’t arguing over the remote at least!) the rest of the week.
An achievable commission of an extra £60k on top of your basic salary is on offer and this is already being exceeded by other team members.
