Holt Executive are partnered with a global Telecom / Connectivity organisation to support a crucial Commercial Management/Consultant interim hire. The role will work within a dynamic, future thinking Commercial Product function which is heavily driven to provide unmatchable solutions across the Enterprise, Mobility and Government space.

Key Deliverables/ Objectives for the Commercial Manager/Consultant – Telecom / Connectivity:

• Assess and implement commercial initiatives to support the Business’s growth aspirations.
• Support the delivery of the strategic objectives, enabling the sales teams to drive sustainable growth across the connectivity portfolio to drive these outcomes:

• Support a Commercial Director who focuses on the expansion of existing business initiatives as well as the development of new ones.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team environment across other divisions of our partners including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Billing Operations, Marketing, Sales, Contracts, Legal and Product Development.

Key Experience required for the Commercial Manager/Consultant – Telecoms / Connectivity:

• Proven, relevant commercial leadership experience, preferably in the telecoms sector.

• A track record of leading a team to process large amounts of information and draw out logical, creative insights and summarise in a concise and effective way.
• A track record of leading the delivery of outstanding business cases, spreadsheet-based financial models and delivering associated presentation / pitches to support the development of new business initiatives.
• A track record of delivering innovative ideas from conception to implementation, to a high standard.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, being able to prioritise multiple asks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, with the ability to set the agenda for commercial discussions, with strong interpersonal and influencing / persuasion skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in organisational / project / stakeholder / team management skills.
• Ability to understand the technical details of a product to create commercial value and differentiation.
• Experienced in all forms of customer research and market analysis.
