Project Coordinator

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our company. Instalcom are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to be based to be based at our Head Office in Borehamwood.

• To complete all daily activities supporting Project Managers in the Telecoms division.
• Working closely alongside site supervisors, supporting on field engineers to achieve weekly completion targets set by the client.
• Ensuring all tasks are undertaken to the client’s specification but always within the bounds of Quality and Safety.

Key job responsibilities:

• All personnel shall be committed to delivery of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements defined in current company policies & procedures.
• Liaise with all Project Managers on current works being undertaken.
• Ensure all required reports are formatted as per the client’s specification.
• Providing daily updates to the client with current status of allocated works.
• Controlling the daily whereabouts of engineers and supervisors.
• Being the key point of contact for the client and responding to any issues/queries.
• Assisting engineers with problems faced on site to help overcome and complete installation.
