Job Description:

The Cable Repair Technician, is the front-line of Alyrica to our customers, providing service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers may be experiencing accurately and efficiently. A great Cable Repair Technician is a person who is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively as well as being a great problem solver. They can see the customer’s point of view and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Customer Service, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Service Technician, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • License: * Driver’s (Required)

Core Responsibilities

· Field Work – when issues cannot be resolved remotely and need a physical presence on site

· Perform other duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager

· Go the extra mile in helping customers

· Enforce workplace safety and proper use of PPE

· Be able to handle multiple interruptions and modifications to schedule

· Be available to work after hours from time to time in case of emergency

· Performs basic network troubleshooting with customers to help resolve problems they may be experiencing

Essential Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and transfer 130 lbs. with the help of another person, a distance of 12 feet.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to comfortably work at elevated heights.
  • Must be able to effectively work at a desk.
  • Proficiency with basic tools (drill, hammer, screwdriver, wrench)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
