Project Manager- Studio Production Contruction

Attention Construction Project Managers who have a passion for the movie and TV production industry !!

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in supervising and managing out of the ground, new construction projects for movie studio production projects or similar in New York City and New Jersey.

Salary between $150,000 to $185,000 and Procore Experience.

Must be able to manage a project from start to finish, create scopes, budgets, schedules, buyouts, financials, etc.

Bonus points if you have any experience in studio interior design, theatric design, lighting, electrical, virtual reality type electronic systems, visual design, and complex telecommunication experience. Plus, any experience focused on building movie productions studios will make you particularly attractive.

– Sound stage construction

– Editing room construction

– Set construction

– Green Spaces

– Virtual and Augmented Reality

– Film and TV construction

– Lighting & electrical work

– Plumbing & HVAC

– Interior Exterior construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Jersey: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Movie or TV Studio Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Out of Ground New Commerical: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mid rise High Rise Commerical: 1 year (Preferred)
