We are looking for an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist – Associate with a Secret clearance or higher to join our growing team in Sierra Vista, AZ!

As an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist – Associate you will:

  • Assist mid and senior level personnel in planning, and execution of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities.
  • Perform technical T&E or T&E support assignments in the general areas of C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS.
  • Gain and share knowledge of customary approaches, techniques, and requirements appropriate to the assigned C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS, including legacy systems and latest trends in related technologies.

A week in the life of an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist – Associate:

  • Contract Information Technology (IT) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Life Cycle Task Order (TO) events and activities.
  • Help research technical IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable requirements and develop test procedures that will correctly test for expected results.
  • Assist in the development of IT/NSS T&E efforts that include planning and reporting documentation, including correcting documentation that contain TL and Government AO recommendations and corrections.
  • Ensure that required AMERICAN SYSTEMS and JITC training requirements are completed in accordance with PMO guidance.
  • Assist management in ensuring the Team TO personnel processes adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure the program milestones are met.
  • Participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions.
  • Provide input to the internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MARs).
  • Assist in tracking assigned TO deliverables/schedules and ensure that TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications are updated daily.
  • Help track assigned TO and Government Customer IT logistics assets and ensure annual IT asset logistics inspections are completed.
  • Interface with Government Action Officers (AOs) and assist in conducting regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, management.
  • Report issues and assist in identifying Courses of Action (COAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly.

Job Requirements
  • Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in an IT related field (Additional certifications, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Prior experience in supporting a DoD customer in the T&E area that includes a good understanding of test Pre-Planning, Planning, Test Readiness Reviews, Execution, Data Collection, Data Analysis, After Actions Reviews, Reporting and Closing events and activities.
  • Prior experience in assisting in the management of an IT/NSS T&E project that includes all phases of a T&E life cycle in the areas of Developmental, Operational, Cybersecurity, Unified Capabilities, Joint Interoperability, Verification and Validation, and Standards Conformance and Compliance testing.
  • Current Secret, Top Secret, or higher clearance eligibility.
