About the Position:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships maintains the highest customer satisfaction levels by addressing the clients’ inquiries, and requests timely and accurately. They also analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.

To perform this position successfully, an individual should consistently demonstrate the following competencies:

• Identify and act on sales opportunities.
• Prospect for potential opportunities using direct methods such as face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Drive customer engagement with client business partners to ensure growth for our business.
• Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication during all phases of process.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
• Act as a player coach to help elevate junior team members by mentoring and leading by example whie driving growth.

Must have Qualifications:

• Experience and expertise in one or more of the following; Asset Protection, Digital Locks, CPE or IT Hardware Sales, IT Field Services, Contact Center or UCaaS
• Vast industry knowledge in Wireless Operators, Hospitality/Hotel, Telecom Wireline, and/or retail.
• Must work well in a team selling environment
• 8+ years of B2B-focused expertise
• Experience working in the retail industry with knowledge and experience with Asset Protection
• A degree in Business, English, Communications or Marketing
• Expert writing skills with proven ability to translate concepts to multiple personas and industry audiences

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment in either in a company office or a remote work location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
