Experienced Cell Tower Climber Technician

Bechtel Construction Services is currently seeking experienced cell tower climber technicians for our Arizona Communications Market currently based in Gilbert, AZ

Requirements:

• Must have Tower Climbing certification/capability
• Must have 2+ years of Cell Tower Climbing experience
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have driver’s license and mode of transportation

Experience and Qualifications

• Perform all aspects of cell tower lines and antenna work. Includes installing squids, proper use of antenna alignment tools, installing RRUs and associated cabling.
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements
• Responsible for all tools, equipment, and material issued.
• Familiar with proper procedures for all types of rigging operations. Ability to perform and inspect certain types of rigging operations.
• Tower climbing certification/capability required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour
