Cable Installer Supervisor

Jaguar Technologies is seeking an EXPERIENCED Cable Technicians for our Field supervisor position. This candidate will lead a team in RF and Broadband installations. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must demonstrate industry related service experience. A Field Supervisor should have good communication, leadership, customer service and technical skills.

General Requirements

· Pass a background including; drug screen and a motor vehicle report.

· Must have TRUCK, VAN or SUV. Capable of securing a ladder using approved rack system.

· Organized and attentive to detail

· Able to work a flexible Full-time schedule

· Possess strong computer and problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements

· Experience in CATV/ RF/ DOCSIS/ Internet Installations

· Residential and/or Commercial cable experience preferred.

· Capable of trouble shooting both on site and remotely

· Verbally educating installers in effort to resolve service issues remotely by trouble shooting in real time.

· Familiar with Signal meter testing devices

Pay: $47,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year
