–APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO CLIMB EVERYDAY. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED-

Ground Hand on Tower Crew (LOW demand and Uncommon)

GREEN Hand & Journeymen- $13-$16

· Employee attempted to climb and took training

· Employee gave climbing a solid effort and earned this position

· Employee begins to understand the basic ground task and functioning of job

· Employee helps tower crew and can operate Capstan when needed.

Master- $17-$19

· Employee can prep Tower Top equipment with NO direction

· Employee can DO all groundwork and NOT have to be told

·

TOWER TECHNICIAN (WORKS UNDER TOP HAND&FOREMAN)

GREEN HAND- $14-$15

· Employee has very limited/no telecom experience

· Employee has limited/no prior training

· Employee is expected to do ALL training and retain training info

· Employee is to grasp Importance of safety

· Employee shall be able to pick up 50+ pounds

· Employee when in field is expected to climb daily with competent climber

· Employee can tale direction

Journeyman- $16-$17

· Employee understands Safety and safety equipment

· Employee is expected to climb daily and take direction

· Employee is beginning to understand the construction and job processes

· Employee is competent in rigging and rescue training

Master- $18-$20

· Employee Is Competent

· Employee Can Rig with no direction

· Employee can work and make decisions without being directed

· Employee relieves Top Hand when able to

· Employee Works well and trains others

· Employee is NEXT in line for Advancement

TOP HAND (ONLY 1 on Crew)

Journeyman- $18-$22

· Individual is Competent in ALL training

· Employee shall be able to direct/train Tower Technicians in Job Task on Tower Top

· Individual shall be able to address any issues with foreman and keep Job moving

· Individual shall be a Leader and Lead by example

· Employee should keep everyone working if Foreman is busy or on Phone

· Employee shall be able to take Closeout photos and Complete Tower Top 100%

Master- $22-$28

· Employee can take control and take on Forman responsibilities

· Employee requires no help in getting the job started

· Employee can layout the steps and process in which order the Job should be preformed

· Employee can confidently stand behind all safety concerns

· Employee is at the level to be a Forman without all the responsibilities

· Makes sure job moves in an efficient and productive manner

· Next in line to be a Forman

FOREMAN/CREW LEAD

Journeyman-$22-$26

· Employee is responsible for ENTIRE crew and reporting everything to Management

· Employee is Responsible for ALL TOP TOWER SERVICES LLC Trucks/Trailers/ & Equipment

· Employee can answer questions pertaining to the job and is knowledgeable with the Scope of work and reading Drawings and Plans

· Employee can meet/works towards Job time frames with minimal guidance

· Employee is responsible in making sure the Tower owner and Carriers NOC’s are logged into

· Employee is responsible for expense report

· Employee is Responsible for making sure Safety is first and can represent TOP TOWER SERVICES LLC in a professional manner

· Employee has basic computer skills and can complete closeout package with some help

Master- $27-$34

· Employee is confident in his abilities and leads by example.

· Employee communicates with management and can help when necessary.

· Employee is a seasoned Foreman and meets all Journeymen Requirements.

· Employee exceeds Job completion dates and can accurately predict completion dates with no help.

· Employee understands business and is efficient with directing job task to crew members.

· Employee can complete Closeout package and submit to be passed along to customer

· Employee can make themselves available to guide others when necessary.

· Employee is next in line to move to management as Company Grows!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $40.00 per hour
