What you will be doing….
Driving corporate success by leading sales strategies while developing and maintaining client relationships
Build and manage sales team to achieve assigned pre-sale metrics, leading to meeting assigned quotas
Leading and training a team of nine Strategic Sales Consultants, providing leadership with a hands-on approach
Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining sales territories while identifying emerging markets with new sales opportunities
  • Provide input for product requirements and product roadmap
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales representatives
  • Direct and coordinate all sales related activities within the assigned region
  • Analyze sales statistic based on key quantitative metrics
  • Manage sales staff with regularly cadenced direction
  • Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team
  • Make data informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Advise distribution partners on processes and oversee general management of partners
  • Assist in determining initial go-to markets
  • Assist in determining sales staff headcount for specific initial go to markets
  • Hire full approved sales staff within 60 days of specific market opening
  • Engage in community leader/influencer campaign for selected markets
  • Engage in identifying and sales strategy to acquire select anchor tenants in selected markets
Education and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years in Sales Management in technology or telecom industry
  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in sales
  • Exceptional record of team leadership and managing team dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategy and its supporting metrics
  • Exceptional communication and customer relations skills
