Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking a Manager, Maintenance and Network Operations Center to support and lead our Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) maintenance operations based out of Morrisville/Raleigh, NC area. MCA has over 20 years of experience meeting customers’ in-door and campus wireless cellular and two-way radio coverage needs through DAS, small cell, and private wireless solutions. The manager will provide leadership, by driving results through accountability, training, coaching, and actively assisting team members as needed. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Managing our DAS Network Operations Center and support services business
  • Coordinating with Carriers, End Users, Facility Managers, and Equipment Vendors
  • Managing the efforts of our technicians and engineers and directly supporting customers
  • Generating status reports and quarterly customer updates
  • Tracking open trouble tickets and following through to closure
  • Enable growth of the DAS maintenance business and renewal of contracts
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with DAS systems for Commercial or Public Safety applications
  • Management Experience
  • Experience troubleshooting DAS systems
  • Familiar with the basics of IP Networking
  • Self-directed, self-motivated
  • Multifaceted Professional capable interfacing with customers
  • Personable and Team Oriented
  • Organized and Methodical

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
  • Must be able to type on a computer
  • Must be able to sit and work with a computer for a full day.
  • Must be able to climb 8’ ladder.
  • Job may require occasional overnight stays out of town.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
