Responsibilities Include:

· Install, integrate, maintain, and repair company supported products, a wide variety of telecommunications systems equipment, cabling, and software.

· Utilize company policy, procedure, and processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.

· Troubleshoot and communicate solutions in a timely manner to meet objectives.

· Meet all administrative requirements, including but not limited to, recording job detail and hours.

· Assist in the improvement of our quality, efficiency, cost reduction and safety initiatives.

· Assist with pre-installation preparation.

· Complete post installation documentation.

· Provide training to customers or end-user personnel on operating and maintaining systems.

· Perform post system installation service calls.

· Provide effective on call support.

· Attend training, knowledge building and company meetings.

Requirements for Success:

· Preferred two to five years’ experience (minimum technical or associates degree preferred) in low voltage electronics, data communications.

· Willing to travel and must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License, and a satisfactory driving record, as condition of initial (and continued) employment.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

· Must be able to effectively interface and communicate with customers and coworkers in a clear and professional manner.

· Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
