Telecom Leasing Specialist

Looking for a Telecom Leasing Specialist for Sacramento CA.

What you will be doing as a Leasing Specialist:

• Make sure projects are initiated correctly in all tools per policy

• Manage PO requirements and receive ensuring proper documentation and policies are always maintained.
• Manage leasing and negotiations, obtain approvals, get sufficient detail for projects Drawings and Documentation, Trigger peer department activities early in the process such as Transport Ordering start Regulatory review.
• Manage vendor tasks.
• Must ensure that all compliance requirements are met.

What you will bring to the table as a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer – II:

• 3 years of work experience in the wireless industry.
• Experience in lease document preparation, lease negotiation, and lease review.
