Q Link Wireless is one of the nation’s fastest-growing telecom providers. We are seeking a “Project Manager” to oversee the company’s digital and technical projects. Our mission is to wirelessly connect people to their world, regardless of income, by offering free and low-cost cell phone services.

The “Project Manager” will be working closely with the CEO, Development team, and other departments to effectively scope and implement the corporate projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing and a strong understanding of technical projects like web development. This role will suit someone who is flexible, dynamic and experienced in stakeholder management, as the role will require working on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the creative intake process, creates project timelines, monitors project lifecycle from start to finish
• Knowledge of creative development processes, writing, design, brand management, etc.
• Coordinate closely with the team on Business Unit Reviews (BURs), staff meetings, and execution of key deliverables for the organization
• Support the team on coordination for staff meetings and tracking and execution of key deliverables for the organization
• Support all preparation, including materials and content creation, for organization Meetings, and presentations to Senior Leadership
• Facilitate, assign, track the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Create Project Plans, and manage project expectations including but not limited to Gathering Functional and Technical Requirements
• Maintain the tools and documentation required for company’s implementation projects
• Ensure proper assignment of staff resources to complete the projects in a timely manner
• Successfully manage the relationship with clients, 3rd Party Vendors, and internal team members
• Collaborate within the Management team to continuously improve company’s internal solutions and processes

Requirements:

• CSM and/or PMP Certifications preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management & Digital Marketing
• Experience managing technical projects including website development, design, architecture, mobile apps creation, SEO, SEM, community building, social media, and third-party applications
• Excellent writing skills and ability to capture thoughts and transform them into project documentation based on the business requirements and specifications
• Extensive working knowledge and experience with project management tools, Internet based software, and graphics art software such as Adobe and Office 365
• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other functional managers to ensure timely completion of each project within the given timeline and budget
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in project priorities
• Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Interest in the technology and willing to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices
• Ability to work independently along a fast-paced team
• Superior relationship and influencing skills for dealing with a wide range of issues and people/ levels
• Superior project management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
