Group Lead Operation & Maintenance (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)

Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you characterized by conceptual and analytical thinking? Then become part of our team as Group Lead Operation & Maintenance (m/f/d). In your role you will use your experience in the coordination and optimization of projects.

Your Challenges

• You are responsible for and coordinate the external service providers in the area of tower facility management and infrastructure TGA fault clearance.
• You develop and optimize the milestones for the maintenance process of passive infrastructure components and continuously check the achievement of the targets.
• You monitor the budget and identify opportunities to save costs and improve operational efficiency.

Your Qualification

• A successfully completed degree or comparable professional training (communications engineering/ computer science/ physics/ electrical engineering) or relevant professional experience (e.g. many years of professional experience as a master craftsman or technician)
• Knowledge of maintenance activities for the telecommunications market
• Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, application of project management techniques
• Leadership and development of a maintenance team
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
