Hr Operations ( Uk France Or Germany) Job Detail

We are looking for an HR Generalist with no more than 5 years experience of operational experience in employee relations. We are looking for a candidate familiar with all relevant local legal knowledge and will provide frontline support for emp; employees and managers to prepare employment contracts across all EMEA and provide a seamless experience from offer to onboarding.

Ideally, you will have embarked on this career within the telecommunications or the IT industry and will be well-paid to join this Global business with over 8000 employees and a turnover of $3B.

The role

• Provide frontline support for employees and managers (company policies, employee

 relations, annual programs). Answer and advise on EMEA employment law issues

 and queries

• Advising and supporting HR Business Partners with ER and case management issues

 across the EMEA region

• As required, partner with HRBPs and legal to manage restructuring and

 performance management activities in the region

• Partnering with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compensation,

 Benefits, L&D, Global Mobility, HRIS, etc.) to drive positive employee experience

 outcomes

• Be the company representative for the Works Councils in France and Germany
• Perform exit interviews for all EMEA leavers, identify trends or areas for

 improvement & feedback

• Preferably multi-lingual (French, German, Arabic or Dutch would be an
• advantage)
• Workday experience preferable

This is a remote Operations role.
